All listing content on buyorsellmyairbnb — including photographs, descriptions, property details, and financial data such as nightly rates, occupancy rates, annual revenue, and projected yields — is supplied by the seller. buyorsellmyairbnb does not create, verify, audit, or independently confirm any of this information.

No responsibility for listing content
buyorsellmyairbnb accepts no responsibility or liability for the accuracy, completeness, or currency of images or financial data presented in any listing. Figures shown are representations provided by the seller and may not reflect actual performance.

Buyer due diligence
Before purchasing any property listed on buyorsellmyairbnb, buyers must conduct their own due diligence and confirm all information directly with the seller. This includes verifying financial performance records, property condition, title, permits, licensing, strata or council restrictions on short-term rental use, and obtaining independent legal, tax, and financial advice.

Listing fee
The fee to list a property on buyorsellmyairbnb is exclusive of GST. Where GST applies, it is charged in addition to the advertised listing fee at the applicable rate. The listing fee is a one-time charge and is non-refundable.

Listing duration & removal
A listing remains published on buyorsellmyairbnb until the property is sold. It is the seller's responsibility to notify buyorsellmyairbnb promptly once a sale has been completed so the listing can be removed from the marketplace. Until such notice is received, the listing will remain visible to prospective buyers.

Marketplace role only
buyorsellmyairbnb is a listing venue that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction, do not negotiate or complete sales, and receive no commission on any property sold through the marketplace.
In short: every image and every number on this site comes from the seller. buyorsellmyairbnb takes no responsibility for them — confirm everything and do your due diligence with the seller before you buy.
